Biryani Night

Last night two of my Indian Friends and I decided it was time to have some good old Indian cooking night!! Ismail, the Hyderabadi cheff decided Biryani was the best!!

So it was of to the Indian store for some Indian spices and masalas and back to my place for some cooking!! Now all those who know me, also know my cooking skills.. So it was decided that I would have observer status.. The only thing I was responsible for was stirring the chicken and pouring out Old Monk!! :) Not that I complained!!

The food came out superb!! It was so cool to actually enjoy some good home cooked Indian food!!
